The provision of energy solutions for restaurants to reduce energy costs and achieve improved energy efficiency across the premises. Restaurants as well as being a focal point for many towns and cities also utilise up to 7-10 percent more energy than any other commercial building.

The Low Carbon Contracts company is a semi-autonomous organisation that provides low carbon contracts to the UK energy markets. The Low Carbon Contracts Company has a mandate to increase the development of low carbon energy to the UK energy markets.
In 2016 we assisted the Low Carbon Contracts Company becoming an independent entity.
This was the first government organisation to ever go through this separation from the ITECC central government system and framework with the project going live on 10th September 2016. This was the 1st time a project like this had been attempted and came with associated high risk. This project would conclude in a Government department being a fully fledged independent organisation with its own legal framework“

2014 -2015 saw the involvement of a multiple Projects for the Business Innovation and Skills Department (BIS) now called (DESNZ) Department of Energy Security and Net Zero for the UK Government
The emergence of Greenways as a business started whilst
managing multiple development projects for BEIS and their armed length bodies (ALBs)
A meeting with the heads of the organisation where ideas of how we could expediate the green transition lead to the confirmation of our ideas and gave birth to Greenways as a business

Project manage multiple development projects for BIS and their Armed length bodies (ALBs). This has involved meeting with all areas of the process , system designs to system delivery, including production of documentation, and training manuals.
Mapping the strategy and process for Third party / quasi-in-house strategy. This has involved speaking to and dealing with the main stakeholders and technical architects to assist with mapping out new strategies

Business Development
The UK Debt Management Office is the financial arm of the UK Treasury and supplier of UK Government bonds (GILTS). The DMO was historically part of the bank of England before being made an independent executive agency in 1997.
Providing investment and IT related support for the trading systems .This involves monitoring all trades through and offering investment and IT assistance for the main dealers, settlements teams and leaders of the UK DMO UK Treasury Representative to Bloomberg.
Provide systems and project support to the UK DMO Gilt auctions and Treasury Bills
Providing investment and IT related support for trading system. This involves monitoring all trades through and offering IT and investment assistance for the main dealers, settlements teams and leaders of the UK DMO. Provide support for the UKDMO Gilt auctions and Treasury Bills purchase that take place every week into the market.
